Government Sanctions, Fines and Audits against Kaiser Permanente as a result of numerous investigations
Please Note: We no longer consider the State of California Department of Public Health an agency that provides accurate truthful information to the public. We do consider them a political entity which is more concerned with teaming up with private corporations to do little more than compile data for the State and Federal Governments, thus providing public data outcomes that those entities wish to have published. We have caught them red handed providing false documentation, false reports and lying to witnesses and other interested and involved parties to formal investigations. They no longer/ or rarely do provide assistance for life threatening matters as per their agency statements to us. They claim that they are understaffed and too busy to bother. Therefore, the following California Department of Public Health published reports which have been on this website for quite a while we cannot believe is accurate information. This is an example of just because a government entity claims to be truthful, it ain’t necessarily so.
Because it appears that fines Kaiser has received are done for no reason other than to give the appearance of fairness and not innocence – in short not based on accurate data, and/or investigation but just created at whim so no one will question anything we listed fines from other agencies which we respect including Federal agencies in the menu to the right.
Please note that the website GoodJobsFirst is also documenting fines at:
